Orders are processed before being handed over to our delivery partner. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or particularly busy periods may require additional processing time.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location, order value and the shipping service available for your order.
Any free-shipping promotions or thresholds will be shown on our website or at checkout where applicable.
UK DELIVERY
We ship throughout the United Kingdom.
Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
FAR2FEAR may ship to selected international destinations.
Available countries, shipping methods and charges will be displayed at checkout.
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local postal services and customs processing.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by FAR2FEAR.
Customs procedures may also cause delays that are outside our control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Products marked as PRE-ORDER are not available for immediate dispatch.
Any estimated dispatch or release information will be displayed on the relevant product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the dispatch timing may depend on the fulfilment method used for that order.

DELIVERY DELAYS

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost during transit, please contact us at:

MISSED OR FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery cannot be completed, the courier may attempt redelivery, leave instructions or return the parcel to us.
Customers are responsible for following any instructions provided by the courier.
Additional shipping charges may apply where an order must be resent because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed parcel or unsuccessful delivery attempts, where permitted by applicable law.
