RETURNS & REFUNDS CHANGE OF MIND?

WE'VE KEPT IT SIMPLE. 

We hope you're happy with your FAR2FEAR order. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns requested after the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be returned within the 14-day return period

• Be unworn, unused and unwashed

• Be in its original condition

• Have all original tags and packaging attached

• Show no signs of wear, washing, damage or alteration Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

BEFORE SENDING ANYTHING BACK

All returns must be authorised by FAR2FEAR before they are sent. Please do not send a return to us without contacting us first. Email: info@far2fear.co Include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. Once your return has been approved, we will provide the necessary return instructions. 

Returns sent without prior contact or approval may not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service when returning your order. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected by our team. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process and display the refund after it has been issued.

Original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law or the order was incorrect, faulty or damaged.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@far2fear.co Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue so our team can review it. 

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size or product, contact us at info@far2fear.co before returning your original item. Exchange availability is subject to stock.
